Kenworth shift lever kit to install a mid or big block engine. Combined with the Kenworth shift lever upfit kit for a complete assembly from transmission to shift knob. Kits are commonly used when doing a transmission swap.

NOTE: Mid block engine would typically be 10-13 liter with the exception of Detroit 12.7. Big block engine would typically be 14+ liter.
