Swapping your original engine with a Caterpillar, Cummins, or Detroit Diesel engine in your heavy-duty truck often leaves the factory exhaust mounting issues—turbo outlet diameters are engine specific, and routing no longer aligns with the replacement engine. Kustom Truck Parts offers conversion-specific exhaust piping and adapter kits to seamlessly route from the turbo system in Kenworth and Peterbilt chassis.

Our exhaust piping kits come in tiered options for above-frame or below-frame setups:

Level 1: Basic adapters: turbo outlet elbow (with welded 1/4" NPT pyrometer bung), undercarriage/down pipe, 1' stainless flex tube, seal clamps, heat shield, turbo V-band clamp.

Level 2: Standard kit, back of turbo to the front of a Y-pipe--adds extended flex tube, stainless tubing, support brackets, and additional clamps for full routing and stability.

Level 3: Premium Kit, back of turbo through the Y-pipe--adds an OEM or Pickett style Y-Pipe, brackets, additional flex tube and stainless clamps.  

These kits optimize exhaust flow, reduce back pressure, enhance engine efficiency, and include pyrometer-ready elbows for accurate EGT monitoring—delivering reliable, bolt-on solutions without custom fabrication.
