Exhaust piping adapter kit to get from the back of turbo to through the "Y" Pipe on a Kenworth truck with a below the frame standard Kenworth exhaust system. The turbo outlet elbow includes a welded in bung that has ¼” NPT threads to accept a pyrometer sensor.
