The Kustom Truck Bench Harnesses are the premier bench harness line up in the market. This is the base harness that will be used for all bench harness variations. The harnesses utilizes top of the line components from Deutsch, Amphenol and Delphi connectors, Nickel Pins, all open cavities have the appropriate cavity plugs. The wire is automotive crosslink GXL single strand bare copper. The J1939 datalink uses specialty jacketed Champlain J1939 Can-Bus cable. The harness is fuse protected with a 30 amp bus style fuse. All splices and connnection points utilize rosin core solder with 3M Polyolefin heatshrink to ensure a solid long lasting connection. Once the harness is complete, the entire harness is covered in Techflex polyester braided sleeving that is secured in place with 3M Polyolefin heat shrink tubing.
The Kustom Truck break out harnesses have all of the feeds required to properly power up and communicate with an engine ECM and can be used for a variety of purposes including: bench ECM programming, engine diagnostics outside a chassis, starting and running an engine outside a chassis, electrical troubleshooting, etc.

NOTE: In addition to the base harness you will need to select the appropriate ECM, Throttle and Battery Jumpers to have a complete system.
