Radiator and Charge Air Cooler Piping Kit for installation of a Detroit Series 60 DDEC3/4 engine into a Freightliner Cascadia truck with engine mounted air cleaner. All tubes are made from 304 stainless steel and offered in a mill finish. In addition to the 4 tubes there is also a coolant shunt tube that connects the surge tank to the water pump. We also included a short radius 90 degree elbow to be used with a vertical thermostat housing to connect the upper radiator tube to the engine.

NOTE: The upper radiator tube is configured for use with a vertical facing thermostat housing outlet. OEM part number: 08929728 or similar.
The lower radiator tube is for use with a 2.5" water pump outlet and for a passenger side radiator outlet connection point.
The left side CAC tube is configured for use with an intake manifold that has an upward and outward facing inlet at the number 1 cylinder position. OEM part number: 23518207 or similar.
The right side CAC tube is configured for use with a 4" 90 degree turbo outlet elbow. Kustom Truck part number 99302017 or similar
