A piping kit for a Peterbilt 386 truck with a Detroit Diesel Series 60 engine with DDEC3 or DDEC4 electronics. The kit includes left side air to air tube, right side air to air tube, lower radiator tube and upper radiator tube. The tubes are made from 304 stainless steel and offered in a mill finish.

We supply radiator and charge air cooler tubes for a Peterbilt 386 chassis with an underhood, firewall mounted air cleaner for the installation of a Detroit Series 60 DDEC3 or DDEC4 engine. All tubes are made from 304 Stainless Steel. This kit will fit 2008 and newer Peterbilt 386 trucks.

Kit Includes:

  • Right Side Charge Air Cooler Tube
  • Left Side Charge Air Cooler Tube
  • Upper Radiator Tube
  • Lower Radiator Tube

NOTE: The upper Radiator tube is configured for use with a vertical facing thermostat housing outlet. OEM part number: 8929728 or similar.

The lower radiator tube is configured for a 2.5" water pump outlet.

The right side CAC tube is configured for use with a 4" 90 degree turbo outlet elbow.  Kustom Truck part number 99302017 or similar

The left side CAC tube is configured for use with an intake manifold that has an upward and forward facing inlet between the number 2 and 3 cylinder position. OEM part number: 23517437 or similar.
