Peterbilt shift lever kit to install a big block engine. Combined with the Peterbilt shift lever upfit kit for a complete assembly from transmission to shift knob. The typical use for this when completing a transmission swap such as removing an automated transmission and replacing it with a manual transmission.

NOTE: A Mid block engine would typically be 10-13 liter with the exception of Detroit Diesel Series 60 12.7L. Big block engine would typically be 14+ liter.
