Returns Policy
You may return most new, unused items that have not been installed within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The refund will be based on inspection of the products once received at Kustom Truck. If the return is a warrantable issue, we'll also provide a return shipping label. Otherwise return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Custom ordered parts (items built to specific customer specifications) are NOT eligible for a return/refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will refund the same method of payment that was used for the purchase of the product(s).

Shipping
We can ship to any physical address in the United States or Canada. All packages less than 150 lbs are shipped with either FedEx or UPS parcel service. For packages over 150 lbs, FedEx Freight is the carrier of choice.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose during the checkout process.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
