The plates themselves are available as blank with a black powdercoat finish or can be personalized by laser engraving any or all of the (3) individual plates.
If you prefer a blank plate write the word "BLANK" in each text box. If you have a custom logo you would like engraved write the word "CUSTOM LOGO" in the text box you want the logo on and use the file upload feature.
