We supply radiator and charge air cooler tubes for a Peterbilt 386 chassis for the installation of a Cummins ISX with CM570 engine electronics. All tubes are made from 304 Stainless Steel. This kit will fit 2008 and newer Peterbilt 386 trucks.

- Right Side Charge Air Cooler Tube
- Left Side Charge Air Cooler Tube
- Upper Radiator Tube
- Lower Radiator Tube
NOTE: The right side CAC tube is configured for use with a 4" 90 degree turbo outlet elbow. Kustom Truck part number: 99202035 or similar
Left side CAC tube is configured for a 90 degree intake elbow that has a pointed forward and slightly upward facing inlet. OEM part number: 4026517 or similar.
The upper Radiator tube is configured for use with a vertical facing thermostat housing outlet and will require a 90 degree silicone elbow for connection at the thermostat housing. Kustom Truck part number: 99907013 or similar.
The lower Radiator tube is configured for use with a 2.5" water pump inlet and will require a 90 degree silicone elbow for connection at the radiator outlet. Kustom Truck part number: 99907013 or similar.
