Radiator & Charge Air Cooler (CAC) Tube Kit – 304 Stainless Steel for 2008+ Peterbilt 386 with Cummins ISX CM570.
This premium 304 stainless steel tube kit is designed for radiator and charge air cooler piping on 2008 and newer Peterbilt 386 trucks during Cummins ISX CM570 engine installations or upgrades. Available in mill or polished finish.
Kit Includes:
- (1) Right Side Charge Air Cooler Tube (304 Stainless Steel, Mill or Polished)
- (1) Left Side Charge Air Cooler Tube (304 Stainless Steel, Mill or Polished)
- (1) Upper Radiator Tube (304 Stainless Steel, Mill or Polished)
- (1) Lower Radiator Tube (304 Stainless Steel, Mill or Polished)

Important Notes:
- Right Side CAC Tube configured for 4" 90-degree turbo outlet elbow (Kustom Truck PN: 99202035 or similar).
- Left Side CAC Tube fits 90-degree intake elbow with forward and slightly upward-facing inlet (OEM PN: 4026517 or similar).
- Upper Radiator Tube designed for vertical-facing thermostat housing – requires 90-degree silicone elbow (Kustom Truck PN: 99907013 or similar).
- Lower Radiator Tube for 2.5" water pump inlet – requires 90-degree silicone elbow (Kustom Truck PN: 99907013 or similar).
