Kustom Truck has been family owned and operated for three generations. What started out as a single truck that Harold Sr. and Harold Jr. used to haul hay with in the '70s grew into a small fleet of 35 trucks hauling wood products south and commodities back north along I-5. Harold Jr. sold his fleet of trucks at the turn of the century and started Kustom Truck a company dedicated to Engineering, Development and Distribution of proprietary Heavy Duty Truck Parts. For nearly 20 years Harold owned and managed Kustom Truck alongside his four sons; Bo, Nick, Pete and Scott. With a solid foundation firmly in place the company is now in the hands of Harold's sons.

Frequently Asked QuestionsHow do I return a product?
Contact the Kustom Truck sales staff by phone 541-267-6990 or email orders@kustomtruckparts.com to get instructions and authorization to make a return. Failure to get authorization prior to returning products may result in a delay in processing or a rejection of the return. Custom orders are not returnable. All custom order parts sales are final.
Do you charge a restocking fee for returned parts?
All returned merchandise is fully inspected after receipt. Depending on the condition of the returned parts, a restocking fee of up to 15% may be charged. Any parts that shows signs of installation and use or any kits that are not returned complete, may be rejected entirely.
If I order a parts kit, can I use only some of the parts and return the rest?
No. Only complete kits are eligible for return. Any partial kit this is returned will be rejected.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive the returned product, inspections are completed in 2-3 business days. A refund will be issued in the same manner the order was placed; ie credit card purchases will be credited back to the issuing card. Once processed, refunds can take 7-10 business days before the funds are available in the customers account.
