Meet the Team

Nick joined the family business full time after graduating from Oregon State University with a degree in Business Management in the Fall of 2005. Nick has wore numerous hats and been involved in every aspect of the company from engineering and product development to sales and technical support. Outside of work Nick is loves to hunt, fish and spend time with his family.

Bo studied Economics at Oregon State University before joining the family business full time in 2002. Similarly to Nick, Bo has held countless positions at Kustom Truck from purchasing, sales manager, marketing and social media development. When Bo isn't at Kustom you can find him watching a sports event, snowboarding or traveling with his family.

Scott is the youngest of Harold's 4 sons and also graduated from Myrtle Point Hight School. Instead of attending college, Scott took over managing the family 300 acre ranch. By 2009 Scott also made his way to the family business managing the production of Glider Kit Trucks. When Scott is not at the office he enjoys ranching, snowmobiling and hunting.

Pete graduated High School from Myrtle Point and enrolled in the Diesel Tech program at Lane Community College prior to joining the family business. Pete's role at Kustom Truck has evolved into the primary sales manager. If you have done business with Kustom Truck in the past, then you have likely spoken with Pete at some point. When Pete is not on the phone selling, he enjoys hunting, weightlifting, and spending time with his wife and kids.

Since graduating from Bandon High School in 2004, Justina has built a life deeply rooted in cars, trucks, racing, and the great outdoors. Her passion for racing began with a '95 Jeep Cherokee, sparking a lifelong love for Jeeps and the craft of working on both classic restorations and modern builds. Known for her skill and attention to detail, she takes pride in every project and enjoys sharing that passion with her family. Some of her favorite moments are spent in the shop alongside her husband and children, working together on vehicles that fuel both adventure and connection. Away from the garage and track, Justina feels most at home in the beauty of nature - hunting, exploring, and creating lasting memories in the places her family cherishes most.

Originally from western Nebraska, Patrick developed a love for trucks, cars, and hands-on projects at an early age, inspired by his grandfather, who worked on the Ford proving grounds. That passion has stayed with him throughout his life and led him to complete a full ground-up restoration of a Mustang—a project that reflects his dedication and craftsmanship. When he’s not working, Patrick enjoys spending time with family and friends, turning wrenches in the garage, and exploring the outdoors. Having grown up camping and hiking, he’s excited to discover everything Oregon has to offer and looks forward to making new memories while exploring the coast, forests, and backroads of the Pacific Northwest.

Mario is a graduate of Marshfield High School in 2007 and he immediately entered the workforce joining Puerta Vallarta Restaurant as a server for the next 8 years. Mario gained valuable experience interacting with the public while at the restaurant. Outside the restaurant Mario took an interest in electronics and mechanics. Mario's past work experience provided a solid foundation when he joined the Kustom Truck team in 2015. When Mario isn't providing tech support he enjoys horseback riding, hunting and spending time with his Wife.

Nadine brings nearly a decade of accounting experience to the team when she started with Kustom in August of 2022. A graduate of North Bend High School in 2009, she has managed extensive duties including payroll, receivables, and payables. Her background also includes seven years in sales and customer service at Fred Meyer, giving her a well-rounded perspective on business operations and client support. Outside the office, Nadine loves the outdoors - from camping and hiking to quiet walks - and cherishes spending time with her family, friends and daughter, Madilynn.

CJ joined Kustom Truck in 2021, starting out as a receptionist at the front desk answering phones. CJ quickly moved into the Accounts Receivable department, where she manages invoicing, customer account support, and - yes - still answers plenty of phone calls. If you have called into Kustom in the past, there is a good chance you spoke with CJ at some point. Outside of work, CJ enjoys spending time with her kids, mushroom picking, going to the river, camping, and caring for her many animals - including cats, dogs, chickens, geese, and a parrot. She also loves baking, reading, and unwinding with video games.
