Radiator and Charge Air Cooler Tubes Kit for 2008+ Kenworth T660 with Engine-Mounted Air Cleaner and Detroit Series 60 DDEC3 / DDEC4 Engines.
This 304 stainless steel tube kit replaces the radiator and charge air cooler tubes on 2008 and newer Kenworth T660 trucks equipped with an underhood engine-mounted air cleaner and Detroit Series 60 DDEC3 or DDEC4 engines. Available in mill or polished finish.
Kit Includes:
- (1) Right-Side Charge Air Cooler Tube – 304 Stainless Steel (Mill or Polished)
- (1) Left-Side Charge Air Cooler Tube – 304 Stainless Steel (Mill or Polished)
- (1) Upper Radiator Tube – 304 Stainless Steel (Mill or Polished)
- (1) Lower Radiator Tube – 304 Stainless Steel (Mill or Polished)
Compatibility:
- 2008+ Kenworth T660 with engine-mounted air cleaner
- Detroit Series 60 DDEC3 or DDEC4 engines
Important Notes:
- Right CAC tube designed for 4" 90-degree turbo outlet elbow (Detroit OEM P/N 23539156 or equivalent) and mid-mount turbo height.
- Left CAC tube designed for intake manifold inlet between cylinders 2 and 3 (OEM P/N 23517437 or equivalent).
- Upper radiator tube designed for horizontal-facing thermostat housing outlet (OEM P/N 23519147 or equivalent).
- Lower radiator tube connects to 2.5" water pump outlet and uses a 45-degree silicone elbow (Kustom Truck P/N 99907012 or equivalent) at the radiator.
