This piping adapter kit is designed to connect external breather(s) to the turbo inlet on Cummins ISX and X15 engines with CM2250, CM2350, or CM2450 electronics in Peterbilt and Kenworth trucks. It efficiently reduces the intake from the factory 6" diameter at the breathers down to 4" at the turbo for optimal airflow.

- (1) 5" Diameter x 10" Long Aluminum Tube
