This Horton Advantage On/Off fan hub is designed for Peterbilt 365, 367, 386, 567, 579 and Kenworth T600, T660, T680, T800, T880 trucks equipped with Cummins M11 or ISM engines using an 8-groove main drive belt. It achieves a 12.00" fan center height (measured from the center of the crankshaft to the center of the fan hub) when using the appropriate front engine mount for the specific truck model.
