Radiator and Charge Air Cooler Tube Kit for 2008+ Peterbilt 386 with Cummins ISX CM870 Engines.
This stainless steel tube kit replaces the radiator and charge air cooler tubes on Peterbilt 386 models. It includes right and left CAC tubes plus upper and lower radiator tubes, all constructed from 304 stainless steel in mill or polished finish for corrosion resistance and long-term reliability.
Kit Includes:
- (1) Right-Side Charge Air Cooler Tube – 304 Stainless Steel
- (1) Left-Side Charge Air Cooler Tube – 304 Stainless Steel
- (1) Upper Radiator Tube – 304 Stainless Steel
- (1) Lower Radiator Tube – 304 Stainless Steel

Important Notes:
- Right CAC tube designed for 4" 90-degree turbo outlet elbow (Kustom Truck P/N 99202035 or similar).
- Left CAC tube designed for horizontal EGR intake manifold with 10 o'clock air inlet elbow.
- Upper and lower radiator tubes require 90-degree silicone elbow at the thermostat housing and radiator outlet (Kustom Truck P/N 99907013 or similar).
