Caterpillar C15 ACERT LEVEL 2 Exhaust Kit – 5" Below-the-Frame for Peterbilt Trucks.
This 5" exhaust piping kit is designed as a direct below-the-frame replacement for Caterpillar C15 ACERT twin turbo engines in Peterbilt trucks. It is also commonly used during engine conversions when installing a C15 ACERT engine. The Level 2 kit includes everything needed to connect from the back of the turbo to the front of a customer-supplied Y-Pipe.

- (1) 5" Inlet/Outlet Down Pipe (Galvanized)
- (1) 5" x 3' Flex Tube (Stainless Steel)
- (1) 5" x 3' Pipe (Stainless Steel)
- (5) Stainless Exhaust Seal Clamps
- (1) Stainless Heat Shield with Clamp
- (1) Lower Exhaust Support Bracket & C-Clamp Half (Powdercoated)

Important Notes:
- Requires a customer-supplied turbo outlet elbow (CAT PN: 225-3054 or equivalent).
- Requires a customer-supplied Y-Pipe at the rear of the system.
