Frame Side Rear Engine Mount Kit (2-Hole Donut Style) for Peterbilt Trucks.
This frame-side rear engine mount kit is designed for 2-hole donut style Paccar frame mounts. It was the factory standard on 2012 and older Peterbilt trucks but can also be used as a replacement for 2-Bolt and 4-Bolt Telleborg style due to the shared bolt pattern. The kit is only compatible with matching 2-hole donut style engine-side mounts.

Compatibility:
- Peterbilt trucks with 2-hole donut style frame mounts
- Factory standard on 2012 and older Peterbilt trucks
- Caterpillar, Cummins, or Detroit engines
- Common models include 389, 388, 386, 379, 367, etc.
Important Notes:
- Only compatible with matching 2-hole donut style engine-side mounts: 19317001 (Detroit Series 60), 19917008 (Caterpillar or Cummins Taper), 19117009 (Caterpillar Straight Cut).
- Compatible with Kustom Truck donut style bushings PN: 19917002 (or similar).
- Brackets can be rotated 180 degrees. When using Kustom Truck engine-side brackets, mount with #2 at the top. For OEM Detroit Diesel flywheel brackets, mount with #1 at the top (orientation may vary with non-Kustom Truck brackets).
- Contact Kustom Truck to confirm compatibility with your specific truck, engine mounts, and bushings.
