Stainless Braided Hose Kit – for Caterpillar 3406E (1LW Serial Prefix, 40-Pin ECM) – Standard (Mid-Block) or High (Cylinder Head) Mount.

This stainless braided hose kit replaces the factory rubber hoses on Caterpillar 3406E engines with 1LW serial prefix and 40-Pin ECM. Available in two configurations based on fuel filter location: **Standard Mount** (mid-block fuel filter location) and **High Mount** (cylinder head mounted fuel filter location). The kit includes all coolant, air intake, fuel supply/return, and oil pressure lines with stainless steel fittings for improved durability, temperature resistance, and reliability.

Kit Includes:

• (1) Coolant Return Line (Air Compressor to Engine Block)
• (1) Coolant Supply Line (Engine Block to Air Compressor)
• (1) Air Intake Line (Cylinder Head to Air Compressor)
• (1) Fuel Supply Line (Fuel Filter Base to Bottom of ECM)
• (1) Fuel Supply Line (ECM to Front of Cylinder Head)
• (1) Fuel Return Line (Back of Cylinder Head to Fuel Filter Base)
• (1) Fuel Supply Line (Fuel Transfer Pump to Fuel Filter Base)
• (1) Oil Pressure Supply Line (Engine Block to Air Compressor)
• (1) Stainless Steel Swivel Fitting (5/8" Male JIC x 5/8" Female JIC, 90 Degree)

Compatibility:

• Caterpillar 3406E engines with 1LW serial prefix and 40-Pin ECM
• TF-550 or TF-750 air compressors
• Standard Mount (mid-block fuel filter) or High Mount (cylinder head fuel filter)

Important Notes:

• This kit does not fit 3406E engines with 5EK or 6TS serial prefixes.
