Stainless Braided Hose Kit – Caterpillar 3406E (5EK / 6TS Serial Prefix, 40-Pin ECM) – Standard Mount (Mid-Block Fuel Filter).
This stainless braided hose kit is designed for Caterpillar 3406E engines with 5EK or 6TS serial prefixes and 40-Pin ECM. It replaces the factory rubber hoses with durable stainless braided lines for improved reliability, high temperature resistance, and better fuel flow. Compatible with TF-550 or TF-750 air compressors and standard (mid-block) fuel filter mounting base.

- (1) Coolant Supply Line (Engine Block to Air Compressor)
- (1) Air Intake Line (Cylinder Head to Air Compressor)
- (1) Fuel Supply Line (Fuel Filter to Front of Cylinder Head)
- (1) Fuel Supply Line (Fuel Transfer Pump to Fuel Filter Base)
- (1) Fuel Return Line (Back of Cylinder Head to Top of ECM)
- (1) Fuel Return Line (Bottom of ECM to Fuel Filter Base)
- (1) Oil Pressure Supply Line (Engine Block to Air Compressor)
- (1) Stainless Steel Swivel Fitting (1/2" Male JIC x 1/2" Female JIC, 45 Degree)
- (1) Stainless Steel Swivel Fitting (5/8" Male JIC x 5/8" Female JIC, 90 Degree)

- Does not fit 1LW serial prefix engines.
