Radiator & Charge Air Cooler (CAC) Tubes Kit – 304 Stainless Steel for 2008+ Kenworth T660 (Engine-Mounted Air Cleaner) with Detroit Series 60 DDEC3/4.
This premium 304 stainless steel kit includes right and left CAC tubes plus upper and lower radiator tubes for efficient cooling and charge air performance on 2008 and newer Kenworth T660 trucks with engine-mounted air cleaners.
Kit Includes:
- (1) Right-Side Charge Air Cooler Tube – 304 Stainless Steel (Mill or Polished)
- (1) Left-Side Charge Air Cooler Tube – 304 Stainless Steel (Mill or Polished)
- (1) Upper Radiator Tube – 304 Stainless Steel (Mill or Polished)
- (1) Lower Radiator Tube – 304 Stainless Steel (Mill or Polished)
Compatibility:
- 2008 and newer Kenworth T660 trucks with engine-mounted air cleaners
- Detroit Series 60 engines with DDEC3 or DDEC4 electronics
Important Notes:
- Right CAC tube configured for 4" 90-degree turbo outlet elbow (OEM P/N 23539156 or similar) at mid-mount turbo height.
- Left CAC tube for intake manifold inlet between cylinders 2 and 3 (OEM P/N 23517437 or similar).
- Upper radiator tube for vertical thermostat housing outlet (OEM P/N 8929728 or similar).
- Lower radiator tube for 2.5" water pump outlet with 45-degree silicone elbow (Kustom Truck P/N: 99907012 or similar) at the radiator.
- Note: This kit was developed based on customer demand. The upper radiator tube is NOT compatible with Kustom Truck Air Cleaner Mounting Brackets PN: 29317005 or 23917001.
