Radiator and Charge Air Cooler Tube Kit for 2008+ Kenworth T800 with Underhood Engine-Mounted Air Cleaner and Detroit Series 60 DDEC3 or DDEC4 Engines.
This stainless steel tube kit replaces the radiator and charge air cooler tubes on 2008 and newer Kenworth T800 models with an underhood engine-mounted air cleaner. It includes right and left CAC tubes plus upper and lower radiator tubes, all constructed from 304 stainless steel in mill or polished finish for corrosion resistance and long-term reliability.
Kit Includes:
- (1) Right-Side Charge Air Cooler Tube – 304 Stainless Steel (Mill or Polished Finish)
- (1) Left-Side Charge Air Cooler Tube – 304 Stainless Steel (Mill or Polished Finish)
- (1) Upper Radiator Tube – 304 Stainless Steel (Mill or Polished Finish)
- (1) Lower Radiator Tube – 304 Stainless Steel (Mill or Polished Finish)
Compatibility:
- 2008 and newer Kenworth T800 with underhood engine-mounted air cleaner
- Detroit Series 60 DDEC3 and DDEC4 engines
Important Notes:
- Right CAC tube designed for 4" 90-degree turbo outlet elbow (Detroit OEM P/N 23539156 or similar) with mid-mount turbo height.
- Left CAC tube designed for intake manifold with upward/forward inlet between cylinders 2 and 3 (Kustom Truck P/N 99302008 or similar).
- Upper radiator tube fits horizontal-facing thermostat housing outlet (Kustom Truck P/N 99302016 or similar).
- Lower radiator tube fits 2.5" water pump outlet.
- Specify mill or polished finish when ordering.
