Radiator and Charge Air Cooler Tubes Kit for 2008+ Peterbilt 386 with Firewall-Mounted Air Cleaner and Caterpillar C12 Single Turbo Engine.
This 304 stainless steel tube kit replaces the radiator and charge air cooler tubes on 2008 and newer Peterbilt 386 models with underhood firewall-mounted air cleaner and Caterpillar C12 single turbo engine. Available in mill or polished finish.
Kit Includes:
- (1) Right-Side Charge Air Cooler Tube – 304 Stainless Steel (Mill or Polished)
- (1) Left-Side Charge Air Cooler Tube – 304 Stainless Steel (Mill or Polished)
- (1) Upper Radiator Tube – 304 Stainless Steel (Mill or Polished)
- (1) Lower Radiator Tube – 304 Stainless Steel (Mill or Polished)

Important Notes:
- Right CAC tube designed for 4" 90-degree turbo outlet elbow (Kustom Truck P/N 99102049 or equivalent).
- Left CAC tube designed for intake elbow with upward/forward inlet (Kustom Truck P/N 99107004 or equivalent).
- Lower radiator tube designed for 2.5" water pump inlet (Kustom Truck P/N 99102050 or equivalent).
- Upper radiator tube designed for vertical-facing thermostat housing outlet.
