Radiator and Charge Air Cooler Tube Kit for 2008+ Peterbilt 389 Long Hood with Detroit Series 60 DDEC3 or DDEC4 Engines.
This stainless steel tube kit replaces the radiator and charge air cooler tubes on Peterbilt 389 long hood models. It includes right and left CAC tubes plus upper and lower radiator tubes, all constructed from 304 stainless steel in mill or polished finish for corrosion resistance and long-term reliability.
Kit Includes:
- (1) Right-Side Charge Air Cooler Tube – 304 Stainless Steel
- (1) Left-Side Charge Air Cooler Tube – 304 Stainless Steel
- (1) Upper Radiator Tube – 304 Stainless Steel
- (1) Lower Radiator Tube – 304 Stainless Steel

Important Notes:
- Right CAC tube designed for 4" 90-degree turbo outlet elbow (Detroit OEM P/N 23539156 or similar) with mid-mount turbo height.
- Left CAC tube designed for intake manifold with forward-facing inlet from the 1st cylinder position (OEM P/N 23518207 or similar).
- Upper radiator tube fits vertical-facing thermostat housing outlet (OEM P/N 8929728 or similar).
- Lower radiator tube fits 2.5" water pump outlet.
