Front Engine Upfit Kit – V-Belt to 8/6 Groove Serpentine Belt Conversion for Caterpillar C15 & 3406E Engines.
This kit converts the accessory drive from V-belts to an 8/6 groove serpentine belt system. Available in two configurations (Top Pad Mount or Side Pad Mount AC Compressor), both compatible with a pad-mount alternator.
Kit Includes:
- (1) Alternator Mounting Bracket
- (1) AC Mounting Bracket – Top or Side Pad Mount (as selected)
- (1) Upper Idler Pulley – Smooth
- (1) Lower Idler Pulley – 8 Groove
- (1) Alternator Pulley – 8 Groove
- (1) Upper Tensioner – For 6 Groove AC Belt
- (1) Lower Tensioner – For 8 Groove Main Drive Belt
- (1) Crankshaft Pulley – 8 Groove

Awesome kit.
Great kit fit perfectly. Nice to have some better pictures for installation and location of where each bolt goes but not very difficult. [KT STAFF: Glad to hear that you liked the kit. The serpentine kit you purchased should have been supplied with an installation sheet that includes breakdowns of where all of the hardware goes.
