Nice to have a picture of installation which holes so belts fit properly. [KT STAFF: Sorry to hear you had questions on installing your fan hub. This fan hub is used on several different truck applications, all of which require different fan mounting heights. Different fan mounting heights require the use of different holes on the front of your engine. The key to mounting the fan hub to the engine is to ensure that the fan blade is centered in the shroud opening.
