Radiator and Charge Air Cooler Tubes Kit for 2008+ Kenworth T800 with External Air Cleaners and Caterpillar C12 Single Turbo Engines.
This 304 stainless steel tube kit replaces the radiator and charge air cooler tubes on 2008 and newer Kenworth T800 models with external air cleaners and Caterpillar C12 single turbo engines. Available in mill or polished finish.
Kit Includes:
- (1) Right-Side Charge Air Cooler Tube – 304 Stainless Steel (Mill or Polished)
- (1) Left-Side Charge Air Cooler Tube – 304 Stainless Steel (Mill or Polished)
- (1) Upper Radiator Tube – 304 Stainless Steel (Mill or Polished)
- (1) Lower Radiator Tube – 304 Stainless Steel (Mill or Polished)
Compatibility:
- 2008+ Kenworth T800 with external air cleaners
- Caterpillar C12 single turbo engines
Important Notes:
- Right CAC tube designed for 4" 90-degree turbo outlet elbow (Kustom Truck P/N 99102049 or equivalent).
- Left CAC tube designed for 45-degree intake elbow with upward/forward inlet (Kustom Truck P/N 99107004 or equivalent).
- Upper radiator tube designed for vertical thermostat housing outlet.
- Lower radiator tube designed for 2.5" water pump outlet.
- This kit is for external air cleaners only. For engine-mounted air cleaners, use Kustom Truck P/N 22107014.
